**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate backhoe equipment for digging, trenching, and grading tasks.
- Perform horizontal drilling as required for utility installation.
- Utilize bulldozers, graders, and loaders as needed for site preparation and maintenance.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working condition through regular inspections and servicing.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within safety regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other operators regarding project requirements and progress.

**Experience**
- Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery is preferred.
- Experience in commercial driving is a plus.
- Knowledge of paving techniques and horizontal drilling operations is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing job site conditions.

Pay: $33.50-$36.50 per hour
