**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Backhoe Operator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient execution of construction and excavation projects. The Backhoe Operator will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals while adhering to safety regulations and best practices.

**Duties**
- Operate backhoes, to perform excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers and other operators to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
- Build and pave surfaces as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to all safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in backhoe operation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also taking initiative when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Commitment to safety practices and procedures on the job site.

Pay: $32.50-$36.50 per hour
