**Required Experience**:

- At least six months of experience with various types of transportation equipment

**Preferred Skills/Qualifications**:

- Good computer skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to read/use a map

**Job responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the daily administration of the shipping department.
- Use of AS400 system for reports and expediting orders.
- Responsible for planning shipments, expediting orders and requesting carriers.
- Work with sales and production to ensure on time delivery.
- Produce pick lists, packing slips and customs papers.
- Maintain a shipment screen/plan.
- Coordinate shipments with the shipping personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
