**Role**:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, performing essential warehouse functions including receiving, order picking, shipping, stocking, merchandising showroom, cycle counts, and returns processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle and process incoming shipments following company standards.
- Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) promptly and accurately.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare credits and RMA forms accurately and timely.
- Ensure the warehouse is adequately stocked and merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager for report generation.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to own car for occasional package deliveries to various depots.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in diverse situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to staying updated on product knowledge.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
