**Avega Inc** is a leading full service telecom agency and consulting firm located in Mississauga, and has been providing businesses with Telecom and Cloud Technology solutions since 2002. Through our various partnerships with Technology Industry leaders, we offer a complete suite of Cloud based phone, fiber-based internet, data network and VoIP solutions.
We are currently looking for an energetic individual who is motivated by the challenges and rewards of prospecting new business and on-going client management.
In this sales role you will be responsible for finding new opportunities and the growing the revenue from an existing base of clients. If you are a self-starter, driven by results with a commitment to winning, and have the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you
Our current opening is for a **Business Development Manager**.
To both land new clients and up-sell services to a current base of accounts, specifically through proactive and outbound campaigns. The successful applicant will need to be goal-oriented individual with a strong commitment to winning.
**General Role Requirements include**:
- Manage the _complete _sales cycle from _prospecting_ to _closing._
- Meet Sales objectives and defined KPI’s.
- Provide on-going Account management and support.
- Maintain product knowledge and required certification levels.
- Ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is kept up to date
- Provide online product web demos and presentations
- Timely and accurate completion of required sales documentation and admin
- Travel to client locations as required.
**Required qualifications and Skills**:
- University or College graduate.
- **2 years B2B** sales experience in telecom, Mobility, phone system or technology sales or equivalent i.e., _the _**right Attitude**_ + related work experience
- Solid organization and administrative Skills
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Experience in prospecting, developing and closing new business opportunities
- Strong business computer skills -- word, excel, CRM
- Resilient with an ability to deal with client objections or rejections and possess excellent negotiation skills
- Energetic, competitive, positive, and enthusiastic.
- Highly pro-active with a systematic approach getting things done
- Aptitude and enthusiasm for learning and understanding telecom and technology services
- Customer focused.
**What is in it for you**:
**Target Compensation (Year 1)**: of $90k-100k comprised of base salary, uncapped Commissions and bonuses.
