We are seeking a **dynamic and creative Catering Brand Manager** with a deep understanding of Vancouver’s local market and exceptional event planning skills to join our vibrant team

**As a Catering Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- **Brand Strategy & Promotion**: Develop and implement brand strategies tailored to the Vancouver market, enhancing brand awareness and reputation through online and offline marketing, social media management, and collaborations with local media and KOLs.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Stay ahead of local market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for brand growth.
- **Event Planning & Execution**: Organize and execute unique dining experiences such as pop-ups, food festivals, and social media-worthy activations to engage customers and expand brand reach.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by planning loyalty programs, VIP events, and appreciation initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention.
- **Team Leadership & Training**: Lead and develop the team by implementing training programs to enhance professional skills and service excellence.
- **Budget & Cost Management**: Develop and manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of **3 years of experience in the restaurant industry**; brand management experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of **Vancouver’s restaurant market** and a well-established local network.
- Proven ability in **event planning and execution**, with successful past projects.
- Excellent **communication, teamwork, and leadership skills**.
- Sharp **market insight** and **data analysis** abilities.
- Passion for the restaurant industry with a **creative and innovative mindset**.
