Potluck Café and Catering is a corporate catering company and social enterprise that operates out of the Downtown Eastside. Potluck Café & Catering is a thriving catering company that employs Downtown Eastside neighbourhood residents and provides up to twenty five percent of the operating revenue required to run charitable programs.

Most of our business operates during daytime hours with additional business on the weekends and some evening events. While operating a professional and highly regarded catering business serving thousands of corporate, non profit and government clients, Potluck also achieves deep community impact through its charitable programs supporting the Downtown Eastside.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License
- Clean Drivers Abstract with a minimum of 2 years driving
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong driving knowledge of Vancouver and surrounding area
- A positive and professional attitude
- Organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to work on your own as deliveries are mostly autonomous
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Valid Food Safe Certificate & Serving it Right certification considered an asset
- Able to work some evenings and weekends, as required

**Duties include**:

- Delivering of Potluck meals and set up at destination
- Picking up dishes from prior deliveries
- Efficiently packing a vehicle
- Representing our brand in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a clean work area, equipment and vehicle
- Supporting the execution and delivery of Potluck's community meal programs
- Supporting the Potluck event team by assisting at special events for catering clients
