Our busy corporate catering division is seeking a dynamic and polished client services coordinator to join our Corporate Catering team. Fostering Edge’s reputation of exceptional quality standards, high level cuisine, excellent service consistency and client satisfaction, your role will be primarily focused in our daily Corporate operations, to facilitate and assist clients with daily corporate orders and quotations.

Corporate Catering Support
- Coordinates all daily corporate catering orders with administrative team
- Preparation of client proposals and invoices of daily corporate orders
- Works with operations team for directive to kitchen and drivers
- Facilitates daily scheduling of drivers and communication through Operations Coordinator
- Supports an effective and direct chain of communication with Operations Coordinator
- Liaison with clients to ensure complete satisfaction
- Management and maintaining our existing outstanding client relationships, building further business with them
- Develop and increase catering revenues through creative sales initiatives, developing outside sales opportunities with new clients through meetings and product presentations

Qualifications:

- 2 years experience in Corporate and off-site Catering experience preferred
Hospitality management diploma or equivalent education an asset Experience with Catering specific software (TPP)
- Proficient in all computer programs such as Office 360, Excel and Word, including other software programs.
- Professional acumen displayed in all verbal, written communication with clients, colleagues and management

Compensation
- Competitive wage rate $23+ / hr
- 50% shared health-care benefits after 90 days consecutive employment

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
