Data Analyst, Delco Logistics Analytics

**About this role**
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic Global Logistics Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact by developing insightful and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and by diving deep into our logistics operations to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to provide data-driven insights that drive key decisions and improvements. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong analytical abilities, a passion for data visualization, and a desire to contribute to a global logistics organization.

- 3 days a week from our Toronto office & 2 days working from home_
- Reporting to: Delivery Forecasting & Insights Manager_

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards visualizing key logistics KPIs for diverse stakeholders.
- Gather stakeholder requirements to create relevant and actionable dashboards meeting business needs.
- Extract, clean, transform, and load data from various sources for dashboards and analysis.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities for customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into analytical questions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to data documentation and best practices for dashboards and data analysis.

**What will you bring to the table?**
- 2-4 years of data analyst experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.
- Strong Tableau dashboard building skills and proficiency in data visualization.
- Solid SQL skills for data querying and manipulation; cloud data warehouse experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract meaningful insights using strong analytical principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a curious mindset, and strong communication/presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage time effectively, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets, GSuite, Atlassian, Git, and Slack.
