**About the role**

Laivly is looking for a **Data Analyst** to join our Reporting & Analytics team. This role reports to the Director, Data & Analytics and fits into a diverse and agile team that values remote first work.

As a **Data Analyst**, you are responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis as we continue to build out our automation platform, Sidd. You have a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Finance teams to tell the story in the data to all audiences.

**As a Data Analyst**, **you will**
- Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support business decisions
- Design and implement technical processes to solve business challenges and drive success
- Create and deliver reports and insights analyzing business functions and key performance metrics
- Ensure data and deliverable accuracy and quality
- Optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, engineering, visualization, and communication
- Interpret and communicate analytical results to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement quality controls and standards to meet organizational and regulatory requirements
- Anticipate future needs and design/implement proactive solutions
- Clearly and concisely communicate insights and business impacts to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**As a Data Analyst, you have**
- Minimum 3 years experience monitoring, managing, manipulating, and extracting data insights
- Proficient in data mining principles including predictive analytics, mapping, and data collection from diverse cloud-based systems
- Experience with data lake environments; Databricks proficiency is an asset
- Strong SQL skills with effective querying across multiple tables and subqueries
- Applied analytical concepts and statistical techniques (hypothesis development, experimental design, data analysis, conclusion drawing, and actionable recommendations)
- Experience creating databases and dashboards to inform decision-making
- Contributed to company growth through analytical techniques
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for successful project completion
