**The Role** We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented **PM Dispatcher** to lead our afternoon operations. You will be the bridge between our customers and our drivers, ensuring that every delivery is tracked, every customer is heard, and the day’s finances are perfectly reconciled. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication and enjoys working with data to improve team performance. **What You’ll Do** - **Active Dispatching**: Manage and communicate with drivers throughout the afternoon/evening shift to ensure on-time performance. - **Customer Service Excellence**: Handle incoming inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and provide professional support to our clients. - **Data & Analytics**: Create and maintain vital end-of-day reports, including **Driver Performance Reports** and **Volume Reports** (tracking total units/stops). - **Financial Accountability**: Maintain the daily **Cash Ledger** with 100% accuracy, ensuring all funds and receipts are accounted for before closing. - **Shift Handover**: Ensure all data from the day is organized for the morning team and management review. **Requirements**: - **Communication**: Exceptional customer service skills with a "problem-solver" mindset. - **Tech Savvy**: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (you will be managing ledgers and performance data). - **Experience**: Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or a high-volume office environment is preferred. - **Reliability**: Ability to work the 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM shift consistently, Monday through Friday. - **Integrity**: Experience handling cash or financial ledgers is a major plus. **Why Join Us?** - **No Weekends**: Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule. - **Impact**: You play a key role in the final "mile" of our daily operations.
