**Position Summary**
Responsible for the managing and tracking of inventory, ordering, receiving and issuing of parts and supplies for the repair shop. Work with the supplying vendors to achieve realistic delivery times and contribute to efficiency and downtime for our fleet. Coordinate and prioritize vehicle repair and maintenance requests, maintain detailed records of units and parts used an in inventory on and off site
**Location: Winnipeg, MB**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday**
**What you will do**
- First point of contact for CCS customers
- Process and tracks purchase orders and changes.
- Compiles inventory information such as consumption rate, characteristics, value, and stock on hand to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
- Inquiring with claims in regards to damages, following up with operations managers to have driver fill out reports.
- Inputs data and generates audit reports.
**What You’ll Bring**
- 1-2 years of relavant experience
- Knowledge of logistics industry in as asset.
- High school diploma.
