**About the Role**:
Alpine is looking for a new Executive Assistant to support our 5-member Senior Executive Team (SLT). If you are extremely organized, resourceful, and a problem solver with a high level of emotional intelligence, this role might be for you

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Provide general and specific support to the executive team, including:

- Communication: Build a strong working relationship with the senior leadership team (SLT) members to understand their communication style and to anticipate their needs. Act as a key liaison for the SLT, providing administrative support by screening all communication channels, including in-person requests for information and meetings. Prioritize, direct, and forward matters when needed or deal with matters directly. Actively listen to problems and assist in providing solutions.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings. Prioritize and handle any conflicting priorities including flagging upcoming items.
- Travel Arrangements and Meeting Preparation: Coordinate and book travel arrangements through the applicable provider or contact person. Prepare itineraries and manage meetings and conferences. Ensure calendars for these arrangements are up to date.
- Business Documents: Prepare business documents and edit/proofread PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft Word documents, bid proposals, or other business documents as needed. Assist in preparation for all executive meetings including participate and record minutes when requested.
- Records Management: Maintain business contracts and agreements.

**What You Bring**:

- Highly professional and ability to work with confidential matters: maintain a high level of confidence when managing sensitive information including documents.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to work effectively with different communication styles and working preferences
- Ability to balance multiple (and sometimes competing) priorities
- 3+ years working as an Executive Assistant for Senior Management (C, EVP and SVP level) preferred.
- Strong working knowledge with MS Office products including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. Additional languages are advantageous.
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with executive team to anticipate needs. Ability to work independently and prioritize work activities.
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic and loves to roll up their sleeves to ensure the job is done.
- Resourceful, energetic and enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude. Willing to jump in and help when situations arise. Be approachable to develop relationships with all employees at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment and understand the sense of urgency
- High emotional intelligence
