**The role**:
Reporting to the Manager, HR Consulting Services, the HR Technical Analyst is responsible for:

- ** HR Recruitment System (Technical Support)**. This work includes, but is not limited to:

- Acting as first point of contact for business technical issues related to our HR recruitment system
- Working closing with the teams both in HR and IT for testing and analyzing a new HRIS module(s)
- Collaborating with the HR team to identify system gaps and making improvements based on research self education and vendor support.
- The development and maintenance of SuccessFactors people analytics dashboard including the development of ad hoc reporting
- ** Position Management **to ensure the administration and tracking of positions and workforce is current and accurate. Work includes:

- Maintaining all position management guidelines, reports, and tracking requirements
- Supporting the annual planning cycle relating to workforce and position tracking
- Conducting quarterly reporting and ensure alignment with Finance’s Budget team
- Tracking and maintaining workforce planning data as well as reports that forecast for the organization
- With an eye to continuous improvement, develops and amend administrative practices and tracking mechanisms to ensure Finance and Human Resources are working collaboratively
- ** HR Reporting and metrics. **This work includes, but is not limited to:

- Providing comprehensive stats on recruitment efforts, vacancies, and position management activities
- Analysing metric results and providing recommendations for continuous improvement of data and tracking
- Preparing various reporting, graphs, charts, and statistics in a timely and effective manner to support operations
- ** IT Demand Management Support**, includes:

- Collaborating with IT as the HR Lead for HRIS reporting updates and system requirements while providing prioritization of all HR system tickets
- Provides various administrative support for Manager as needed on reports and documentation

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Post-secondary diploma in Information Technology or Human Resources is required
- A minimum of 4 years of technical experience supporting the HR function of an organization is required
- Proficiency in data reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI is required
- Expert Knowledge of Excel, ability to write and edit scripts etc. is also required
- Proven competency in the operation of key office software and productivity tools such as: MS Office suite of tools and extensive working knowledge of an HRIS. Specific experience with E-Personality and SAP Success Factors would be an asset
- Good understanding/working knowledge of HR policies/procedures, recruitment practices, and general HR functions would be an asset
