We are seeking a person who would enjoy working with a leading provider of promotional products, printing services, and business documents. You will work with clients across industries to develop and deliver customized marketing solutions that help them achieve their goals. This team is passionate about delivering exceptional service and high-quality products to clients.

**Production Coordinator**: In this role, you will be ensuring the timely and efficient production of promotional products, print material, and signage for clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate production schedules with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of promotional products.
- Review client orders and artwork to ensure accuracy and feasibility for production.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all client needs and deadlines are met
- Monitor production timelines to ensure that products are produced on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their orders and resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of raw materials to ensure availability for production needs.
- Participate in the development of new product offerings and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all production-related activities and prepare reports as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Languages: English, Mandarin and French (optional).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in production management, preferably in the promotional products industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, and experience with production management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
