**Production Coordinator**

**Job Summary**

Responsible for all aspects of Order Processing & Purchasing. This includes everything post sales from entering new orders to production schedule to QC inspection and more.

Work with multi-functional teams to push through every order with fast speed and great quality:

- Issue purchase orders and ensure orders is executed as per requirement on PO
- Stay on top of order status and manage client’s satisfaction at optimum level
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, maintain solid long-term relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Work with offshore suppliers for production schedule, quality control, and compliance testing
- Work with logistics and supply chain partners for freight arrangement and on-time delivery
- Capable of handling administrative tasks and staying organized with paperwork
- Proactively find out root cause and creative solutions on problems and issues, support upper management to make fast decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills, include but not limited to - detail oriented, result driven, team player, very organized
- Comprehension in mandarin a bonus, but not a requirement
