Job Overview:
We help companies manage their implementation process and we act as a trusted advisor on our customer's behalf.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing a portfolio of our customers and works to create/maintain relationships within their organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with our clients to identify their needs
- Position will need to work with clients directly on some projects, so the ability to work with clients is a must
- Serve as the customer advocate and quarterback for all customer interactions with MarketCatch Inc
- Establish strong relationships and understanding of customer’s organization
- Conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to the customer
- Ensure seamless transition from implementation to ongoing customer succes

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success working with customers at the executive level
- Experience using data and analytics to improve client satisfaction and product optimization
- Account management and strong relationship building skills
- Experience working within a SaaS / Technology company

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $65,145.57-$75,500.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
