**About the Role**

We are a SAAS software company with a cutting-edge product for commercial real estate management (CRE). We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as a **Product Manager** for our Real-Estate Software product portfolio.

Your expertise in commercial real estate will be invaluable in developing effective and user-friendly products in collaboration with our UX design and engineering teams. You will also be responsible for helping customers fully understand, enable and appreciate the value of our Real Estate products by crafting and presenting compelling demonstrations.

As a member of the Product team, you will report to the Director of Product - IWMS. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining product alignment across the company by closely collaborating with internal stakeholders, guiding best practices, and ensuring our offerings stay aligned with market trends, customer needs, and competitive pressures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Success**:Manage the product lifecycle and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and the product outcome against defined company and product portfolio objectives.
- **Leverage customer insights**, stakeholder feedback, and market trends to shape the direction of IWMS/Real-Estate product portfolio ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy.
- **Drive the evolution of the product vision**through a differentiated, KPI-driven approach.
- **Develop and Promote Best Practices**: Share insights on market trends, best practices, and competitors in the Real Estate and IWMS domains.
- **Subject Matter Expert**: Act as the internal and external champion for Real Estate products and become the go to person for knowledge and expertise for your product.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage directly with customers to understand their requirements, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
- **Support Customer Onboarding**: Assist the implementation, go live, and customer onboarding process by serving as a domain expert.
- **Pre-Sales and RFP/RFI Support**: Support pre-sales efforts by demonstrating product capabilities and providing technical inputs during RFP/RFI processes.
- **Product Marketing Collaboration**: Support product marketing initiatives by participating in webinars, events, blogs, and whitepapers to promote Nakisa's IWMS/Real Estate product portfolio and product capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in, Finance, Business, Accounting, Technology, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the commercial real estate/IWMS fields, particularly in roles such as portfolio management or other relevant positions
- **Technical Aptitude**: Ability to understand and work with enterprise software solutions, particularly within IT/ERP environments.
- **Agility and Proactiveness**: Demonstrated ability to innovate and thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
