**Who are we seeking to join our team?**

GoCo is seeking a **“Product Manager”**.

the sales organization and have clear visibility on the competitive landscape enabling GoCo’s leading position in the MSP market.

**You will contribute to the team by performing the following**:

- Lead a cross functional team, to build and deploy an innovative product portfolio.
- Maintaining positive and product working engagements with all stakeholders across GoCo.
- Maintain product lifecycle from inception to end of life.
- Maintain price list, data sheets, product reference guides and other sales tools
- Lead responsibility for managing the product portfolio and the product team
- Analyze competitive activity, customer feedback, and industry trends in order to recommend potential new product upgrades and refinements
- Conduct and use in-depth market analysis, enabling GoCo to offer new products and services in alignment with supporting business cases.
- Develop customized pricing and services for select sales opportunities
- Drive the development of the NPI across the GoCo organization.
- Create and provide formal product training sessions to sales and fulfillment teams
- Collaborate with GoCo partners and vendor to advance the company’s and the team’s appreciation of their product and solution offerings.
- Negotiate and optimize GoCo’s cost model in terms of procurement and funds to enable MDFs and sales training and development.

**What do you bring to the team?**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an MSP or IT business; cloud computing experience an asset
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with Voice, Internet and networking products and services for business customers
- Ability to manage and reconcile the needs of GoCo’s sales, marketing, service delivery and technical support teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism a strong asset
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; detail-oriented
- Degree or diploma in business or marketing preferred or computer science.
- Product Management experience is an asset
