The ability to multi-task, and stay organized coupled with strong communications skills to work hand and hand with senior brokers in expanding your commercial knowledge.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Commitment to positive team dynamic
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to respond to time-sensitive deadlines
- Experience on SigXP and/or Policyworks would be an asset
