We're seeking a highly experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help support our mission.

**Position Overview**:
The Dental Treatment Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting our patients and team by managing treatment planning, scheduling, and patient follow-up. This role offers partial remote work flexibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with new leads, guiding them through treatment options and booking appointments.
- Search for upcoming treatments and recalls in our system to ensure patient follow-ups and scheduling.
- Understand various dental procedures to discuss treatment plans with patients confidently and answer related questions.
- Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient scheduling and treatment timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental office setting.
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology.
- Ability to confidently communicate with patients, schedule appointments, and manage follow-up calls.
- Experience with OpenDental software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with some flexibility for remote work.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

- Dental office experience: 5 years (required)
