In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing relationships with sponsors for our events. Your work will help ensure that we build strong partnerships that support our events financially and enhance the overall experience. **Responsibilities**:

- **Sponsorship Outreach**: Assist in identifying potential sponsors and reaching out to them with proposals tailored to their goals and our event needs.
- **Proposal Development**: Help create and refine sponsorship packages that align with our event objectives and provide value to sponsors.
- **Sponsorship Agreements**: Assist in drafting and managing sponsorship agreements, ensuring that all terms and deliverables are clearly defined and met.
- **Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, managing communication and ensuring their needs and expectations are met before, during, and after the event.
- **Onsite Sponsorship Coordination**: Coordinate the implementation of sponsorship activations during events, ensuring that sponsors receive the visibility and benefits promised in their agreements.
- **Post-Event Follow-Up**: Gather feedback from sponsors after the event, provide them with performance reports, and nurture relationships for future sponsorship opportunities.
- **Sponsorship Tracking**: Maintain accurate records of sponsor details, commitments, and deliverables to ensure that all sponsorship obligations are fulfilled.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with sponsors and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in managing multiple sponsorships simultaneously.
- Experience in sponsorship management, sales, event planning, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently as needed.
- Flexibility and adaptability, especially when managing onsite sponsorship activations during events.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to present proposals confidently are an advantage.
