**We are currently recruiting for a full-time Senior Estimator in our Restoration Division. This position will be based out of the office in Bolton.**

**THE POSITION**
- Respond to large loss emergency insurance claims
- Develop and design scope for all new insurance claims
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
- Establish effective onsite communications and progress reporting with sub-trades and clients.
- Perform periodic site inspections of projects both prior to, during and upon completion of restoration to determine compliance with approved estimate
- Prepare and maintain timely and accurate documentation and reports
- Read, interpret, and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Proactive in response to all Insured/Client inquiries, concerns or complaints and resolve any issues as soon as possible
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Confirm deductibles and obtain payment prior to starting repairs, schedule & request progress draws for large projects from clients as required from management
- Accurate and timely preparation of estimate and scope of repairs
- Budgeting/scheduling
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
- Other duties as required

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 7 years estimating experience in the Insurance sector with Large & Complex Residential and Commercial loss
- Experience using Xactimate and Xactanlaysis programs
- Strong construction knowledge and experience with project coordination
- Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
- Basic security clearance and criminal records check will be required upon hire
