We are currently recruiting for a **full-time Project Manager, Large & Complex Loss**in our Property Damage & Restoration Division.This position will be based out of our Bolton office at 27 Nixon Road.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Creating, executing, and revising detailed project schedules as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Performing residential and commercial site inspections and accurately documenting details of any necessary emergency repair work
- Hiring sub-contractors and managing work quality as required
- Reviewing project blueprints
- Ensuring the preparation of accurate quotations
- Managing existing client relationships and fostering new relationships with industry partners
- Consistently meeting or exceeding industry monitored KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Overseeing project performance including project status, schedule, cost control, etc.
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for each project
- Collaborating with the Production team to follow up on outstanding receivables
- Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or VP of Property Damage & Restoration Division

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 5-7 years of Project Management experience within the Restoration Industry handling large loss insurance claims valued at $200,000 +
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driver's abstract
- WRT, AMRT, ASD and other IICRC certifications are strongly preferred
- Minimum 1-year of experience using Xactimate, PSA, Encircle, MS Project
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
- Experience working in or with various trades is considered an asset

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Availability Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Participation in rotating on-call schedule for after hours Emergency Restoration Services
- Attending and actively participating in ongoing training and safety certifications as needed and to make every effort to attempt to pass any exams that may be required
