Your Role
- Oversee the daily operations of our 45-unit lodge, ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class experience.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a tight-knit seasonal team in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
- Maintain the lodge’s charming, warm atmosphere while upholding high hospitality standards.
- Engage with guests and share your passion for the Rockies, local history, and outdoor adventures.
- Act as a community ambassador, fostering strong relationships.
- Manage costs to budget and projections
- Ensure smooth operations, including property upkeep and building maintenance.
