Applications are invited for the position of Global Campus Operations (GCO), Project Officer in the Global Engagement (GE) Division, located at the Daniel J. Patterson Campus. The starting hourly rate is $28.56/hr (Pay Band F - $28.56/hr to $33.11/hr) for a 35 hour work week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.
- Public College-Private Partnership (PCPP) Operations.
- Global campus development, management, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Contract management, compliance, and financial reporting.

The Project Officer supports operational excellence by efficiently providing support to new and existing global campus operations projects; assisting with the development of written material, presentations, proposals, concept papers, and reports; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and clients to meet project deadlines; managing departmental files, incoming communications; calendar management, meeting scheduling, and thorough notetaking.

Additionally, the Project Officer assists with contractual reporting, departmental finances and compliance, business development, project monitoring and evaluation, processing expense reports, and reconciliations and efficient collection of information for accounts payable and receivables. During certain periods, the incumbent also assists the broader GE team with other divisional priorities.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist with the development of written material, presentations, proposals, concept papers, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and clients to meet administrative project deadlines.
- Monitor and provide outstanding customer relations support between operational project teams to ensure efficient communication flows.
- Ongoing monitoring of administrative project deadlines, enrolment and data reconciliation, action items, and follow ups.
- Support the maintenance of departmental reports, student records, and project data.
- Identify issues impacting contractual compliance and support the development of solutions.
- Liaise with partners to gather data required to monitor and review all marketing materials, student service activities, and other operational activities to ensure compliance with Niagara College’s brand and contractual expectations, coordinating and consulting with internal stakeholders as required.
- Tracks, coordinates, prepares, and submits all documentation required as it relates to accounts payable/receivable.
- Develop and maintain secure record-keeping systems for documents and correspondence relating to partnerships.
- General office support to the department including scheduling of meetings, travel, events, and logistics, preparing documentation, agendas, minutes and coordinating approvals as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Three (3) year diploma or degree in business, accounting, finance, arts, science, or education with major course work involving an international focus (i.e., international business management, international/global development, science, political or social sciences,), or similar field of study
- A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in areas such administrative and/or project support, customer service or similar.
- Experience working with diverse clients in a multi-cultural setting, as well as with a wide range of stakeholders in private, government, and education sectors across several organizational levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- A proven ability to work in an inter-disciplinary and multicultural team environment.
- Experience with business operations, processes and computer systems is an asset.
