**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform repairs on various systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical.
- Fabricate and weld components as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure facility needs are met efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese/Cantonese for effective communication with team members and customers.
- Excellent customer service skills to address concerns and provide solutions effectively.
- Ability to weld and fabricate components as required for repairs or modifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for facility operations.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
