Job Overview The Maintenance Technician will ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of all building systems and restaurant equipment across our locations. This role requires a licensed plumbing/heating professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and the capability to coordinate small construction or renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, repair, and service plumbing and heating systems
  • Perform general building maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair restaurant and kitchen equipment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on all major systems
  • Coordinate minor construction projects, including obtaining quotes, scheduling trades, and ensuring quality completion
  • Maintain maintenance records, logs, and inventory
  • Work collaboratively with management and respond promptly to urgent issues

Requirements

  • Excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting complex issues efficiently
  • Good communication skills in English to effectively document work and collaborate with team members
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.73-$36.58 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
