We are excited to partner with NSAR looking for an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team in Dartmouth.

Responsibilities will include:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- invoice review and entry
- Credit card reconciliations
- Process employee expense reports
- Running EFT payments and cheque runs
- Prepare trial balance for accounts receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Conduct banking, credit and collections
- Invoice clients
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
- Other related duties as assigned
- Post-secondary education in business or accounting
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with software programs and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while consistently meeting deadlines
- Professional oral and written communication skill
- Adaptable and flexible work ethic
- Proven ability to work with a high level of autonomy
