**Shipping and Receiving Clerk**

Additionally, the Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be the primary person responsible for inventory control at QBC.

**Summary**

This role is responsible for shipping and receiving internal and external material at the paint shop. Other responsibilities include organizing inventory of materials and maintaining pre-determined volume levels as required. The Shipping Clerk's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recording order details, preparing packages for shipment, and receiving goods vendors.

**Job Duties**:

- Receipt and verification of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Inventory control.
- Obtaining and forwarding Test Certificates to the purchasing department as required.
- Preparing internal and external shipment reports for customer.
- Coordinating internal shipping deliveries between various fabrication and coating facilities.
- Preparing custom documentation related to all shipping documentation.
- Communication between project managers, production manager and shop personnel concerning current and future shipping schedules and deliveries.
- Coordinating trailers and scheduling of trailers as per various contract delivery requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Desire to be an active participant in the Cherubini Group's safety culture
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience; to include shipping/receiving; picking/packing; forklift operation and inventory management.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Capable of working independently without constant supervision

**Working Conditions**
- Overtime as required
- Working both indoors and outdoors
- Meeting deadlines with ability to prioritize work
- Work setting consists of office environment and basic administration duties with some outdoor yard time as needed
