**Your responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, inspect, adjust, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and related information technologies.
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Provide user and system-level support.
- Analyze system performance.
- Maintain end-user accounts and permissions.
- Manage inventory of hardware and software assets.

**Your profile**
- College Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Microsoft, CompT1A A+, or other Information Technology certification
- Three (3) to five (5) years related practical technical experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and software, Microsoft Active Directory and group policy implementation
- Understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environment is an asset
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and French
- Valid Class 5 (QC) driver's license and insurable driving record
- Eligibility for security clearance
