**Position Summary**

The **Center Director** is both the leader and the driving force behind the center’s success. You’ll oversee operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure families receive an outstanding educational experience. This role combines **education management, people leadership, marketing, and sales growth,**perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, inspiring others, and achieving measurable business results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all daily operations of the center, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Code Senseis (instructors) to deliver fun and impactful learning experiences.
- Develop and execute **local and digital marketing strategies** to increase brand awareness, attract new families, and drive enrollments.
- Proactively manage the **sales funnel,**handle inquiries, conduct tours, close enrollments, and follow up with leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, and community partners to boost engagement and referrals.
- Monitor enrollment trends, retention rates, and customer satisfaction metrics to meet growth and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the franchise owner to plan promotions, events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment that reflects the Code Ninjas brand and values

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in **education, business, marketing, or a related field.**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience in management, sales, or marketing.**:

- Proven ability to **generate leads, close sales, and achieve business growth targets.**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping families and kids succeed.
- Enthusiasm for **STEM, education, or technology,**coding experience is a plus, but not required.

**Bonus Points For**
- Experience managing or promoting enrichment programs, learning centers, or youth-focused businesses.
- Background in **digital marketing, social media, or event-based promotions.**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing automation systems.
