If you are passionate about using your skills to improve clients’ lives, we would love to hear from you. How You’ll Make An Impact As an integral member of our team, you’ll create a welcoming environment for our clients, providing them with exceptional service every step of the way. You’ll foster positive relationships with both clients and colleagues, ensuring every client’s hearing journey is smooth and enjoyable. Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering top‑notch care. You’ll greet clients, manage inbound phone calls and emails, and answer inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Appointment Scheduling: Manage and adjust clinician schedules, book appointments, and coordinate follow‑ups to ensure smooth clinic operations. Clinic Maintenance: Keep the clinic looking its best, organizing waiting areas, and ensuring supplies are stocked. Administrative Support: Assist clinicians by maintaining client files, managing stock orders, and supporting events and promotions. Accounting & Insurance: Process payments, track insurance claims, and manage accounts receivable and inventory.
