Chef Thierry Busset is widely regarded as one of the finest pastry chefs in the world, and the products offered reflect this stature, delivered with the highest levels of hospitality. Our facilities represent stunning elegance, with personal service to match. The beverage side of our business features barista-crafted espresso and liquid chocolate as a central part of the cafe, complimented by a selection of sandwiches, soups, and savoury offerings. We are also licensed and offer a selection of wine and spirits to complement our wide array of products.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead all team members in delivering consistent, memorable moments of hospitality for our guests
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and continually improve service strategies to always ensure our customers receive best in class service
- Continuously provide leadership and support to all service staff and actively participate in the cycle of service, as needed
- Recruit, onboard, train, performance manage, and schedule FOH staff to build a strong performing team dedicated to hospitality, and achievement of business goals
- Collaborate with management team to keep a continuous pulse on all guest feedback channels, seeking opportunities to improve the guest experience and cultivate regulars and continue to find ways to strengthen our community
- Merchandise product in accordance with company and brand standards

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least three years of customer service experience at a supervisory level in a hospitality/restaurant environment
- Proven commitment to a premium level of quality in both guest service and the overall operation of the establishment
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated commitment to immediate service recovery solutions
- Skilled at developing and creating experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Superior communication skills with the ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, management, clientele, suppliers, and partners
- Serving It Right License is required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
