- Health Standards Organization (HSO) is searching for a client service-minded professionals who share our passion for achieving quality health services for all. In Canada and around the world, we are building a bold and bright future for our enterprise and our clients. We are currently seeking two Program Officers - one for our Francophonie market and one to support our growing roster of Italian clients. In both cases, additional language capacity in either Arabic or Spanish will help you stand out as we work across the globe.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the accreditation of health services organizations. You will be responsible for supporting project management for international accreditation processes. You will play a vital role in impacting the efforts of health services organizations, as they strive towards providing all patients with the quality and safety of service.

**You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?**
- University degree in International Relations, Health Care Administration, Business or a related field.
- Project Management training certificate, such as PMP.
- Minimum of two (2) of administrative, proposal development or project management experience.
- Languages for Program Officer Francophone: English (essential), French (essential); additional languages highly desirable such as Arabic or Spanish.
- Languages for Program Officer Italy: English (essential), Italian (essential); additional languages highly desirable such as Arabic or Spanish.
- Technical chops: MS Office, Dynamics GP, CRM and Project management software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in effectively communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Option to work in Ottawa (Hybrid), Canada (Remote), Belgium, or Italy.
