Program Manager, Accreditation Decision Committee (ADC)

**Let’s break it down. Your responsibilities include**:
- Modeling, communicating, appreciating, and making decisions based on Accreditation Decision mandate and its role, and a consideration of organizational risks.
- Managing the design, development, and successful completion of collaborative team-based projects from end-to-end (e.g., new ADC platform, new ADC processes, decision guidelines).
- Facilitating decision making process including providing advice and guidance to team members and key stakeholders when decisions or options are required.
- Researching, preparing, and presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicating with project team(s) and key stakeholders regularly to provide updates on project progress and gather information to advance your project(s) operationally or strategically.
- Ensuring that the story and learnings about the journey of your project(s) are well documented with key lessons learned communicated/shared with the broader team as they arise and upon completion of the project.
- Collaborating and advising in the development of functional and companywide strategies.
- Identifying when modifications/changes required and implementing these as necessary using initiative, creativity, analytical skills, and judgement.
- Monitoring, analysing and communicating the findings of complex trends, risks, and issues that arise, as well as evaluating deliverables, processes, and outcomes.
- Identify with clients and assess their evidence requirement through an understanding of their culture and the context of their organization.
- Contributing positively to the culture of our workplace by staying positive, engaged in the work you do and energized by the difference you’re making.
- Communicating with project team(s) and key stakeholders regularly to provide updates on project progress and gather information to advance your project(s) operationally or strategically.
**You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?**
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in the Accreditation decision making process
- Demonstrated experience working within a health care field.
- 5+ years of progressive and varied experience in a health care position.
- Tried and tested clinical assessment, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Understanding a program and projects in the context of an organization and within the context of the health care eco-system by having in-depth knowledge of healthcare systems.
- Experience in project management - with various stakeholders. Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Comfortable and efficient with technology and working in a hybrid environment.
- Appreciation for diversity and recognizes value of different opinions, roles, experiences, cultures, and backgrounds.
- Accountable for work delegated to others (peers, team members, experts)
- Bilingual in French and English.
