**Let’s break it down. Your responsibilities include**:

- Working in a fast-paced environment that requires agile, clear thinking for quick turnaround of accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Creating a system that works for you and your team - you will help to organize and support your team members to increase efficiency.
- Staying on top of emerging trends, deepening corporate knowledge and strategizing corporate initiatives in a specific health services area.
- Strong ability to organize various project with clear deliverables.
- Crossing your t’s and dotting all your i’s while managing agendas, evidence, gathering information and formatting reports.
- Being the go-to person, you will maintain data base for quick access to information, you will be able to gather information on clients and develop their profile and share information.
- Summing it up. You can distinguish fact from fluff and condense the relevant content into a few key points pulling it all together to write concise reports and presentations.
- Building authentic and enduring relationships with staff, partners, validators and amplifiers.

**You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?**
- University degree or college diploma in a specialized field.
- Three to four years of progressive and varied administrative experience.
- A proven ability to work under pressure while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Being detail-oriented. You’ve heard this before, but we can’t stress it enough: the devil is in the details. You notice big and little mistakes and are comfortable reviewing the work of your team and accepting the thorough review of your own work.
- Having accountability and taking ownership. We want to hear examples of times when you stepped up, took ownership and ran with it, whether big or small, as a professional, a student, or as a volunteer.
- Being a people person. This is key. You’ll be interacting daily with various teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- Bilingual in English and French.
