We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to join the sales team as a Technical Solutions Manager (TSM) in western Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities using a range of resources, including manufacturer-provided leads, existing relationships, and forging new connections with influential individuals.

**Key responsibilities and objectives of the TSM include**:

- Developing client contacts and arranging meetings to position the company through discovery and advance the sales process.
- Creating winning strategies for securing business opportunities.
- Facilitating a smooth transition of won opportunities to Inside Sales and Customer Service for ongoing management.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce to showcase a healthy and robust activity and sales pipeline.
- Traveling to customer sites, industry conferences, and tradeshows.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**:
**As an experienced professional, you have developed**:

- Intermediate technology knowledge, including hardware and SaaS instances, which is vital for this role.
- Strong relationship-building skills, demonstrating relationship maturity and the ability to develop connections at the decision-maker level.
- Excellent communication skills, encompassing presentation, written, and verbal abilities.
- Business acumen across industries and various business levels, including projects, specifications, and operations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, showcasing your ability to work effectively in the future.
- Broad and comprehensive knowledge within a multidimensional industry, preferably in selling mechanical and technical products or services.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong aptitude for learning, which are crucial for immediate contributions.
