**Responsibilities**:
Provide a variety of personal care and assistance to seniors
Comply with the seniors' residence and the nursing management rules and procedures
Inquire about the daily workload distribution with the nurse
Provide appropriate supervision to beneficiaries at all times
Inform the nurse of any unusual reaction or behavior of a beneficiary
Inform the nurse of any accident or mistake, where necessary
Carry out other tasks, as required by the immediate supervisor

**Experience and Educational Requirements**:
7 to 11 months' experience in a similar position
Experience in gerontology, an asset
French (written and spoken)

**Technical Requirements**:
**Educational level**: Secondary School Vocational Diploma
Specialized course for client care attendant
Valid PDBS, RCR

**Non-Technical Requirements**:
Ability to remain calm and to handle any situation with patience, empathy and in confidentiality
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness
Professionalism, discretion and strong customer service
Ability to communicate and listen
Team spirit and willingness to help
Sense of priorities
Act 90 (delegated tasks) applies
