EQ3 is an imaginative leader in the creative design of furniture and home accessories. We are looking for an extraordinary individual to be part of our dynamic retail team as a **Stock Associate.** This is a **full-time** position at our **EQ3 Laval Clearance store, Quebec.** The Stock Associate will provide exceptional and professional customer service to EQ3 customers to ensure customer satisfaction and increase EQ3 sales.

**THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail environment
- Excellent organizational skills and able to multi-task
- Self-motivated, able to work well with little or no supervision, and a strong positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Good Customer Service skills are also required
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to lift 150 lbs+ with weekend availability

**MORE ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Assist with loading/unloading product from delivery truck
- Assist with the inventory check as it comes in against packing slips
- Works for long periods of time moving and lifting stock to ensure orderly stock room environment at the Vancouver Store stock room
- Works closely with and takes direction from the Visual coordinator to implement visual standards and directives (ie. Displays, signage and room groupings)
- Stock shelves in store
- Identifies stock levels and notifies management and Visual. (also takes inventory of any display model damages and in coming quality)
- Understands importance of and delivers workplace safety initiatives
- Print price tags and tag merchandise upon arrival, prior to stocking floor and stockroom
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store management, visuals, delivery personnel and staff at EQ3 Customer Service
- Customer pick ups
