Nous recherchons actuellement un technicien qualifié et dévoué en infrastructure de centre de données pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer au bon fonctionnement de notre centre de données.
**Responsabilités**: En tant que technicien en infrastructure de centre de données, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la maintenance de notre installation de centre de données et vous apporterez un soutien à nos précieux clients résidant dans le centre de données. Vos principales responsabilités comprendront:
- Assurer le déploiement et le soutien des installations des clients dans le centre de données.
- Surveiller et gérer les systèmes de billetterie et de surveillance des installations.
- Effectuer des tâches électriques, civiles et mécaniques pour maintenir l'infrastructure technique du centre de données.
- Inspecter les installations du site (éclairage, câblage structuré, contrôle d'accès, etc.) pour garantir un centre de données propre et organisé.
- Planifier, coordonner et superviser les sous-traitants conformément aux politiques de sécurité, aux programmes de maintenance ou en cas d'incidents.
- Fournir des connaissances techniques à l'équipe de vente et aux autres relations internes concernant les demandes des clients et les problèmes techniques.
- Gérer la logistique et l'inventaire.
- Veiller à ce que les employés, les clients et les visiteurs respectent les règles et les procédures du centre de données.
- Participer aux quarts de veille.
- Effectuer toutes les tâches connexes.
**Exigences**:
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion et maintenance d'infrastructures de centre de données.
- Au moins 1 an d'expérience dans un domaine similaire.
- Connaissances techniques de base en systèmes électriques et mécaniques dans un environnement de centre de données.
- Maîtrise des systèmes de billetterie et de surveillance des installations.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacités de multitâche.
- Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Capacité à communiquer à un niveau professionnel (français et anglais).
- Présence à 100 % sur site.
- Le poste est situé à Saint-Léonard, Montréal.

We are currently looking for a qualified and dedicated data center infrastructure technician to join our team and help keep our data center running smoothly.
**Responsibilities**: As a Data Center Infrastructure Technician, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Data Center facility and providing support to our valued customers who reside within the Data Center. Your key roles and responsibilities will include:
- Provision and support customer deployments in the Data Centre.
- Monitor and handle ticketing and facility monitoring and management systems.
- Execute electrical, civil, and mechanical tasks to maintain the Data Centre's technical infrastructure.
- Inspect site facilities (lighting, structured cabling, access control, etc.) to ensure a clean and organized Data Center.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors according to security policies, maintenance schedules, or incidents.
- Provide technical knowledge to the sales team and other internal relations regarding customer and technical inquiries.
- Handle logistics and inventory.
- Ensure that employees, customers, and visitors comply with DC rules and procedures.
- Participate in standby shifts.
- Perform all related tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Data Center infrastructure management and maintenance.
- At least 1 year of industry experience in a similar role.
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a Data Center environment.
- Proficiency in using ticketing and facility monitoring systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate at a professional level (French and English)
