Responsibility
- Supervise the condition of the site using specialized data center electromechanical software
- Escalation of alarms to the professional concerned and ensure communication follow-up to the stakeholders
- Perform daily monitoring reports
- Level 1 support for customer and internal requests via a ticketing system
- Communication of the state of maintenance and work in progress.
- Ensure compliance with the daily operations schedule
- Assist in improving the efficiency of our tools and electromechanical installations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a critical environment preferably in data center
- Understanding of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure of a data center
- Experience with a building management and energy management system (BMS and EMS); an advantage
- Must have good resistance to stress.
- Good communicator
- Must be bilingual (French / English).
- MMF knowledge is an asset.
Schedule
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- 2 weeks of day, followed by 2 weeks at night
- Interspersed with days off
