You will be part of the Marketing, Branding and Communications team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Branding, you will support Toromont Cat's digital communications strategy.
You will act as a marketing advisor for your internal clients. You will develop your marketing project management skills by developing marketing campaigns on all digital and social media platforms. You will create engaging, inspiring communication tools that position Toromont as an industry leader.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:
- Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan and strategic planning for the divisions under your responsibility.
- Participate in the strategy and implementation of marketing plans that position Toromont as the industry leader and advance a clear, differentiating and evocative positioning for the customer.
- Drafting the briefs and coordinate the design and execution of promotional campaigns and content across digital and social channels for various internal clients.
- Manage communication, content and design aspects of web improvement projects.
- Work in collaboration with agencies, designers, freelancers, internal web team and internal creative team (writers and graphic designers) for the deployment of marketing projects.
- Plan and optimize the media mix by proposing the appropriate channels according to the objectives, targets accordingly to the allocated budgets.
- Act as a guardian of the brands, and ensure compliance with the standards of the graphic platform of Toromont Cat and its divisions in all points of contact.
- Analyze the performance of communication strategies, measure returns and issue recommendations.
- Manage budgets and timelines for projects under your responsibility.
**Must-haves for this role**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing communication or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in advertising, promotion, web content and social media, including the execution of brand management activities.
