Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accuracy in campaign scheduling and adherence to established timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data to provide insights for future optimizations and improvements.
- Graphic Design Coordination:

- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets for marketing campaigns.
- Communicate campaign requirements to designers and provide necessary guidance and feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery of design assets in accordance with campaign schedules.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference.
- Campaign Strategy Support:

- Contribute ideas for campaign themes, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with other marketing team members, including copywriters, content creators, and analysts, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and targets.
- Liaise with other departments as needed to coordinate integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and experience working with design software (e.g., Canva).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
