Beulah is a vibrant 2800+, multisite, multicultural, multigenerational church located in Edmonton, Alberta. We have a heritage of innovative approaches to evangelism, discipleship and church multiplication that spans over a 100+ year history.

This position is responsible for providing point leadership to the Faro de Luz Campus of Beulah Alliance Church. Success is building a thriving campus that is evangelistically reaching Hispanics across Greater Edmonton.

**In this role you will**:
Campus Leadership (60%)
- Serve as Beulah’s primary vision keeper and communicator to the Spanish speaking campus.
- Primary speaker at the Spanish speaking services.
- Develop and grow a preaching team.
- Provide shepherding leadership of campus staff and volunteers and create a relational team culture in the campus.
- Ensure that staff, and leaders, are fully aligned with Beulah’s visions, values, strategies and approaches.
- Lead at the campus level and work in collaboration with Beulah’s global Children, Youth, Community & Care,

Connection & Impact and Creative departments to ensure all programming elements of weekend services and ministry programs are operating effectively.
- Lead at the campus level and work in collaboration with Beulah’s Global Central Services teams.

Connection (15%)
- Provide leadership community life ministry through recruitment and development of coaches and leaders.
- Oversee the process of mobilizing people through first, next, and ongoing steps. Ensuring all necessary systems are in place for connection.

General Pastoral Duties (25%)
- Act as the spiritual leader, and as the first point of contact for the spiritual needs of the congregation.
- Lead the campus Congregational Care Team.
- Connect regularly with congregants to provide support to those who are in need.
- Ensure that prayer life is a priority at the campus.
- As a spiritual leader responsible to ministry to the congregation by: o Performing weddings, baptisms and funerals as required o Administering sacraments as necessary

**What you’ll need to thrive in this role**:

- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
- A member of clergy, fully licensed/accredited with the Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination in Canada.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in ministry.
- Post-secondary graduate with theological training and understanding of biblical and theological principles.
- Able to use standard computer office products (Office 365).
- Highly relational and able to coach staff in an Eph. 4:12 ministry environment.
- Proven track record of recruiting, equipping, developing, and caring for volunteers.
- Able to work in a large, multi-staff setting with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement projects.
- A passion for loving people and doing evangelism.
- Primary spiritual gifts: leadership, shepherding
- Experience with leading staff, public communicating, and comfortable as an upfront communicator and promoter.
