This position ministers to Bonnie Doon Campus by providing leadership and direction to our music and production teams. This position oversees worship expressions at weekend services inviting the glory of God to fill the house as we seek to see Greater Edmonton awakened to King Jesus.

**Position Type**: Permanent, part-time, 10hrs/wk

**Location**: Bonnie Doon Campus, 8501 82 Ave NW, Edmonton

**Role responsibilities**:
Equipping, Creating Culture, Encouraging Vision
- Plan and execute weekend and special services in accordance with the philosophy of ministry for weekends of Beulah Worship.
- In collaboration with the Campus Pastor, lead the campus in enthusiastic expressions of worship.
- In collaboration with the Campus Pastor, create moments in weekend services for openness to the Holy Spirit: times for testimony, prophecy, spontaneous songs, etc.
- In collaboration with the Campus Pastor, create spaces and moments where lost people will experience the Holy Spirit and have an opportunity to hear, understand, and respond to the gospel.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, develop, and coach worship leaders, vocalists, musicians, and tech volunteers.

Lead on Weekends
- Recruit, equip, empower volunteers to execute weekend and special services in music and production.
- Lead worship on weekends as required and develop volunteer teams who lead the majority of the time.
- Create service plans in accordance with Themes and Design series material including global moments.
- Manage communication and schedule worship and tech teams for weekend services.
- Prepare for weekend and special services (rehearsals, ProPresenter, stage design, and service flow).

General Duties
- Develop and oversee ministry area budget, in collaboration with Campus Pastor.
- Spend time in prayer for the campus and the worship ministry of this campus.
- Meet with campus team, Campus Pastor, and others as required.
- Oversee care and maintenance of campus musical instruments and technical equipment.
- Administer baptism and communion as required.
- Participate in community at Bonnie Doon Campus.

- Experience with managing volunteers, empowering ministry teams, and leading worship teams.
- Proficient in programs such as Planning Centre Online and ProPresenter.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure.
- Able to work at a fast pace within a variety of settings and circumstances, with composure and flexibility.
- Trustworthy to follow through with delegated responsibilities in a timely way.

**Job Type**: Part-time
