Human Resources Administrator

The Administrator, Human Resources is accountable to the Manager, Human Resources to assist the Human Resources function in a variety of tasks and projects in areas of recruitment, onboarding, relationship management and reporting across the company. This role oversees that process compliance is being followed to ensure departmental goals are continuously met and high standard of client services is provided to all internal and external stakeholders.

Works with HR Manager to create hiring guides, interview questions to assist managers in facilitating hiring process. Acts as the system expert, ensuring recruiting process integrity is being followed.
**5. Administrative Support**
Drafts offer letters, transfer and promotional letters and assists with the collection of new hire paperwork. Provides back-up support to HR Coordinator for company wide data entry. Assists with internal Human Resources team with annual programs throughout the year
Any other job related duties and/or projects that may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
**Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education**
- College diploma in Human Resources or business related field.
- 2+ years of previous experience in human resources. Recruitment experience is an asset
- Experience with maintain strong industry connections via recruiting social networks including LinkedIn
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation as it relates to recruitment practices
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Previous Experience with ATS, Oracle Recruitment Cloud is an asset
- Partner with Human Resources team to facilitate skill assessment tests where required
- This role will back up the Human Resources Coordinator, experience with Employment legislation and System Administration an asset.
