**Sales Representative - Home Services (Base Salary + Commission)**:

EZ Epoxy is one of Ontario’s fastest-growing epoxy flooring companies. We specialize in beautiful, durable flake and custom metallic floor systems for garages, basements, shops, and commercial spaces. Our work turns heads—and now we’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Rep to help us grow across Hamilton and the GTA.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Generate new leads through canvassing, referrals, and social media
- Meet with clients to assess project needs and provide on-site or virtual quotes
- Follow up with prospects and build strong relationships
- Manage your own schedule, appointments, and sales pipeline
- Train and eventually lead a small door-to-door sales team
- Coordinate with the install crew to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Track and update leads using CRM software

**Compensation**:
**Base Salary**: $3,000-$3,500/month (based on experience)
**Commission**: $100+ per closed deal + volume bonuses
**On-Target Earnings**: $4,500-$7,000+/month
Bi-weekly payouts
Promotion path to **Sales Manager / Team Lead**
