**Your Role**:
As a key part of our sales team, you’ll help customers find their ideal RV and guide them through the entire sales journey—from discovery to delivery. This role directly contributes to company revenue and offers strong earnings for driven individuals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build rapport with walk-in, telephone, and online customers
- Effectively qualify needs and present appropriate RV options
- Prepare accurate contracts and documentation
- Follow up with leads using CRM and digital tools
- Work closely with Finance, Service, and Rental teams

**Key Attributes**:

- Proven ability to sell, connect, and close (strong rapport-building, qualifying, presentation, follow-up, and closing skills)
- Experience in big-ticket retail sales (Transferable skills from other industries are an asset)
- Comfortable using a CRM/prospect management system
- Ability to accurately complete contracts and documentation
- Excellent work ethic and ability to follow direction
