Insurance Administrator
Are you a detail-oriented professional seeking a rewarding role in the insurance industry? We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Administrator to join our team. **Job Duties**:
- Lead Follow-up: Collaborate with our sales brokers to follow up on leads they have initiated contact with. Your role will involve nurturing relationships with potential clients and providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Quote Tracking: Assist in tracking quotes that have been delivered but require further attention. You will be responsible for ensuring quotes are properly documented and communicating with clients to address any inquiries they may have.
- Sales Lead Management: Maintain an organized system for tracking sales leads. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring accurate records and facilitating effective communication within the team.
- Driver's Abstracts: Retrieve and review Driver's Abstracts as part of our underwriting process. Your meticulous approach will help us assess risk and provide accurate insurance coverage to our clients.
- Excel Expertise: Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data and generate reports. Proficiency in Excel functions and formulas will be essential in performing various administrative tasks efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Insurance Knowledge: Possess either a Level 1 General Insurance license or relevant experience as an insurance administrator. Understanding insurance policies, procedures, and industry terminology is key to success in this role.
- Applied Epic and Applied Rating Services: Familiarity with these software platforms is preferred. Experience navigating these systems will enable you to contribute to our administrative processes effectively.
- Self-Starter: Take initiative and work independently to complete assigned tasks. Your ability to prioritize and manage your workload will contribute to the smooth functioning of our team.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive demeanor even when faced with challenges. Your optimistic outlook will foster a supportive work environment and contribute to overall team morale.
